This Privacy Policy explains how Alice Investment Management Holding Ltd (“AIM”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects and uses personal data through this website. AIM is incorporated in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and is a member of Alice Group. AIM is the controller of the personal data described in this policy, which is processed in accordance with the DIFC Data Protection Law, DIFC Law No. 5 of 2020 (the “Law”).

2. Personal data we collect
- Information you give us. When you use our contact form or write to us, we collect your name, email address, organisation (if provided) and the content of your message.
- Information collected automatically. When you visit the website, we and our hosting provider may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
We do not ask for special category personal data, or for confidential or transaction-related information, and we ask you not to send any through this website.

- Service providers acting on our behalf, such as website hosting, email and IT providers, under written terms that require them to protect your data.
- Professional advisers, such as lawyers, auditors and accountants.
- Courts, public authorities and other bodies, where required by law.
5. Transfers outside the DIFC
Some recipients, including our service providers and Alice Group companies in Abu Dhabi Global Market and other jurisdictions, may be located outside the DIFC. Where personal data is transferred to a jurisdiction that the DIFC Commissioner of Data Protection has not recognised as providing an adequate level of protection, we will put in place appropriate safeguards permitted by the Law, such as standard contractual clauses, or rely on another basis permitted by the Law.
6. How long we keep your personal data
We keep enquiry correspondence up to 12 months after our last contact with you, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for legal claims. Technical data is kept for 30 days.
7. How we protect your personal data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. No transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Cookies
This website uses only the cookies needed for it to work and to keep it secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking strictly necessary cookies may affect how the website works.

Subject to the conditions and exceptions in the Law, you have the right to:
